This is a good project but when rera came in the picture then the possession got extended by 2 years! I do understand that this act has made it less easier to commit frauds in the real estate sector, but it should be executed in such a way that they should not be any red tapism involved due to which the possession gets delayed and causes severe inconvience to the buyers!

Since there are no functional Metros and fast food restaurants in the nearby vicinity, it becomes very problematic for people who are currently residing and are looking for options for basic entertainment and faster commute so as to reduce time that goes in long distance travel to search for food and availing transport services.
