They have really got to do something about the car lift because a car fell down in the car shaft and nobody is paying any attention to the kind of damage that could cause.

Despite following up with them for so many years, they did not get back to us. They do not keep us updated about anything and have caused us lot of stress, so I would not recommend that you book a house with them.

Increase in cost of projects

Since there has been a massive delay in the developer ascertaining the state government regarding the interest to build up a project and the developer receiving relevant funds for the build up of same, developers are not provided Completion Certificate and that has led to the developers raising the price of projects.

There have been many residential plots and projects for which the buyer has been refrained from been handed over the final possession of the flat. It is a standard rule that the buyer should be entitled to receive the compensation for the same but is not showered with the same entitlement.

High maintenance charges

The maintenance charges of this complex are higher than any other complex in the area even though those building also offer the same amenities like a swimming pool, club house, badminton court and firefighting systems and it is just not fair! The basic facilites like water supply is also not good at this place.

Bad finishing

Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

Bad car lift.
