Very bad builders

Review On Saicare India, Chennai

The Saicare builders have 2 to 3 projects in pudhupakkam, LA AVenue and paraiso. Anyone can check the website https://saikare.com for their glossy site.

Since we didn't have enough reviews we went and booked a villa house based on their words. It's been 18 months and still haven't got our house. Every time we enquire they will say handover in 2 or 3 days but will never keep their word.

1. Their crm is very unprofessional and always tells lies. U can't get any truth

2. If u escalate to their MD he says we are not bothered abt one customer, we have many customers to handle

3. Overall we haven't got our house yet and we are literally fighting with them everyday.

In fact house is all complete but they don't handover instead using our house as model villa.

So please don't fall into their honey trap words like us and book any villas there.

We are having a nightmare currently. Don't want anyone else to suffer.
