We have booked our villa in LA Avenue.Location is good.They are using branded materials like switches, fittings and tiles etc.,


They committed amenities like gym, Children play area, swimming pool.They are not permitting to change the plan. But case by case they accepting if you are demand(I came know later only).


Plan change execution is very poor.Overall good except correction execution is poor.


Site Engineer's supervision is good
