Big demand from low cost housing

Many of the developers instead of scotching for projects that lie in the lower budget brackets are now on the search of increasing their expansion on the properties that are already existing instead of initiating re-development of low cost houses. This needs to improve at a major scale.

Online bidding is not in accordance with the law

Online bidding for tenders is supposed to be a transparent process but the tenders for this property are not presented in a formal way. This leads to the process of submitting tenders but are not helping in terms of ensuring fair competition among bidders since they are not displayed openly. This needs to be taken care of in an effective way.

Maintenance fee is high.

Their maintenace fee is very high at this place and neighbouring complexes have a much lower maintenance fee although they have the same amenities and facilities.
