Rajeswari Dream Bungalow - Avoid at all costs

Review On Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd, Chennai

This is a review of Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd (https://rflindia.org/) also known as Rajeswari Foundations. They are a Chennai based company and have been selling their properties under the brand name RGL Dream Bungalow.This particular project I am reviewing is being executed in 5 phases.I was one of the unfortunate people to buy one of their bungalows (Phase 2) in Mugalivakkam, Chennai. The main clientèle of this company/project are NRIs. I was one when I bought the house but now I have relocated back to India. Let me explain the issues 1) Poor quality material used in construction - The builder was using decent stuff for Phase 1 to get customers but once he got a few customers, they outsourced all construction to a 3rd party that employed unskilled labor from Northern states and used absolutely low grade material. Most houses in phase 2 & 3 have water leakages. In fact in some houses, you have a waterfall in their internal staircase when it rains heavily. Really a dream come true !! 2) Poor quality fittings & Finishing - You should see the windows used in this "Dream Bungalow" Its quite a nightmare to be honest.

Also the quality of the doors, locks, bathroom fittings are of the lowest class. The doors have the wall paint splattered all over them and they did not even bother to clean it up. 3) No compound wall and provision for security - The builder initially promised that he would construct a compound wall & gates for the entire project and provide a security room. But even 2 years after construction the wall is to see day of light. 4) The approach road from the road into the property was supposed to be concreted by the builder. He has not done it yet in spite of so many requests & complaints. 5) Unresponsive Nature of the company - All properties have problem and that fact one has to acknowledge. But good builders acknowledge this and take action. But not this company. We have been representing and highlighting our concerns to the MD but he has not done a single thing yet. Even during the construction phase they are a difficult company to deal with. They behave well till the time you book with them after that they dont care for you.

So friends, especially NRI friends, please avoid this builder and project at any cost and invest your hard earned money with some good & ho
