I am one of the clients of Raja constructions. I easily got fooled by the price he quoted when compared to the nearby builders. On an average he quotes 200 to 300 less than the other builders nearby. I booked the flat in July 2012. He promised me to handover by October 2012 and the same was mentioned in the document and also said the same during registration. But he handed over the keys to me after 8 months only. And he took another 3 months for getting the EB connection as well.

Please don't buy any properties from him. He is an uneducated guy and he never understands what is our requirement and gives a damn about our customization needs. All he needs is money money money. Once we book the flat, he will be torturing us till we pay the entire amount. At the time of booking, he agrees for all what we say. Just nods his head for everything. But as the time goes, his actual colour will be revealed. Never keeps his words. If we didn't give him the required money he asks for he wont do any progress in our flats and literally threatens us. Behaves like a rowdy if we ask him more question. He literally loots us. Does everything on his own convenience.

I actually want to rate him less than zero but since there is no such option, I am giving him 1.

Guys, please do not go to this builder. Over all bad and rude person, cheats his customer. If you are planning to buy property from this builder, please double check documents and see whether it is approved flats. I had a very bad experience, he didn't return my token advance to me after I denied to buy property because the property is build without government approval.

The person name is Ramachandran, rude and uneducated guy, he has gundas in his workplace. Don't waste your hard earned money to this guy. Please stay away from him.
