They lack ethics and we have to pay the consequence for that. There are officals threatnening to break down the building because of the illegal floor that they have constructed all the time.

There have been several instances where the developers have been charged fixed imposed penalties since many of them have been delaying final project delivery. This has been true even in the case of small residential and ready-to-move-in houses.

There are many apartments that come across as investment homes and are often sold under the expression of been capable of providing utopian and perfect living. This is a highly skewed notion and needs to change.

I visited this property today and did not like it at all . first of all they are too expensive . it’s ok they have name in Bangalore but no one knows them in Pune and considering the delay that they are doing I don’t believe anyone would want to trust them either . The sales person who us through the plan was way too unwilling to sell property and throwing attitude as if Silverlands is the only upcoming project existing on face of earth . project Plan is not appealing . it is way too much delayed already, we don’t know when bridge will come or if it will come or not . and prices are sky high . I will rather invest in riverdale or nayati in same range which will fetch me good appreciation and good Rent too.
