Worst builder: Being such a reputed builder I have invested my hard earned money on this project (Purva Silversands Now called as Emerald Bay) in 2016 with a verbal commitment for the possession in March 2020 and written commitment for Nov 2020. Both these dates have come and gone and I have no sight of the possession. Looking at the current state and the milestone achievements, the builder is expected to breach the timelines by at least 2 years with no advance communication to the existing home buyers. New home buyers be aware and think multiple times before investing your money on this project.

Very maintained and clean society! Yesterday there was some litter at the front gate of our society, I complianed about it, I was amazed to know the buildrs themselves visited the community and got the same cleaned. 10/10.

Had a very great experience with them!! After searching for my dream home for about 1 year it finally ended with Purva, they helped me by perosnally visiting the places and desribing the pro's and cons of each one of them. 10/10

I love this place on weekends we can go out and enjoy the calm, relaxing, beach-styled paradise which gives us immense peace from the stressful city life. Good job by the builders of this place.

I always dreamt of owning a home in a beautifull, closed gated society and thanks to Purva for allowing me to live my dream by making this beauful place that too at cost which I was able to afford.

From pre-booking to finally shifting here! The experience has been top notch! I did everythig online and was also able to avail interest free loan thanks to the timely support by the builders.

My experience with Puravankara was very good, I visited their office for a 2BHK property for my faily and the support granted to me was phenomenol! I was amazed to see such beautiful societies and that too exactly as I wanted.

Silversands has been a perfect place for our family! We together go for a moring walk around the campus without the worry of any mishappening.

Beautiful community with closed gated society that offers variety of amenties that too at your doorstep.

We closed our selection of ideal place with Silversands. Although there was a small hiccup in initial communication, but we realised that this has to be it. The amount of customer support we received has been really great. Kudos to Mr. Santosh, what a team player he has been. The purchasing process went smoothly, the sales staff was caring and the equipments and amenities are modern. What else does a retired person and his family needed? Spacious rooms and that feeling of luxury is worth investing.

When we booked flat in april 2018 they committed us march 2020 is the final possession date verbally.As per RERA it is nov 21.But they convinced us that at any condition the possession will be at march 2020 month.But now they keep on moving the possession date and taking advantage of covid situtaion.

people please dont become fool by booking flat here'name badein aur darshan chotein-I am regreting my decision to book flat here'

Purvankara just stepped into pune real estate market, though you may be the greatest brands in South but what matters is your attitude and response to the prospect customers which you lack.

Secondly considering the current location its priced very high, infrastructure isn't good either you would be stuck forever in traffic as there seems to be no progress on road extension and god knows when that bridge construction would happen which was the only reason people bought flats here..

Lastly the maintenance costs and the one time legal fee is high to an extent its understood if the maintenance charges are high because of the number of amenities and the lifestyle they are promising something to note in future its gonna be on higher side but they are charging legal charges double the usual amount I dont understand what they are covering that up for..

There are many cases of Damaged plants which is evident out of insect trails and which is also evident on the edges of grass blades. It can also appear on many of the different forms of outdoor garden plants.

The location is not near to any central hub that could easily facilitate people to urge into investment in these projects. The connectivity to even the nearby metro station is situated in a far away location that is generally not suited for establishing an immediate credibility.

The apartments at this place have a poor quality finish and their customer service is so bad. They are very prompt in demanding payments and will charge a fine if the payments are not on time, but when it comes to any repair work; they will delay it to the maximum, leaving the buyers helpless and frustrated!

We have to pay a higher maintenance charge for no reason at all! We enquired about the maintenance charges of the buildings in the nearbuy areas and got to know that they pay much less for the same amenities!
