Since the recent times, properties in this area have been in high demand from many of the NRI investors. These NRI investors contribute to a major chunk of residential real estate (especially luxury homes) buyers in Mumbai, since it offers better returns for property investment.

I have no idea whether the area on which the property is built is non-agricultural land because they did not show us those papers. They showed us all the other papers, so this makes us really doubtful about whether the land is non-agricultural land.

They have used poor quality ingredients to make the building because of which we have to suffer! I have had to do renovation in my house twice in a year because there were so many problems like cracks and leakages!

Since many of the builders are saturated with the huge inventory list, it is this time that they ought to stop bringing forth schemes like getting to pay no Maintenance fees for 2 years when in reality the amount is quite expensive for the same.

One of the major concerns for this is the rise in the price of the sales and it is expected that ones the prices go down the sales is meant to boost and that will solve many of the problems.

There is no space to park my car in this society complex! The builder took too many projcets and has made the complex conjusted with buildings because of which we have not got other basic amenities!
