Hi All,


We faced worsr exxperience in booking PLOT in MAGNUM OPUS Phase2. Almost an year is gone by and we paid 30% booking amount. No repsonse to calls, no update if the venture got LP number or not. No body received your calls.


Looks like BIG FRUAD company and they are using our money for free of interest in investing in something.


I stronlgy recommend all to avoid PERAM group ventures.


Dont get cheated by their nice words and office buidings.
