Akshita II Survey 426 is in Court Stay

I have been Cheated by Peram by making me to book plot 201 in Akshita II. But the survey numbers are listed under prohibited as per government. Especially 426 Survey number is still in court stay.

Coming to Staff not at all transparent and genuine. I did work with Marketing persons Mahesh Mantena and Ashok, I lot trust on the company. All documents they want to be in favor to them. I cancelled plot and asked for refund my money. Initially they said refund process takes 7 to 10 days, now CRM team is saying 20 days that too not confirmed yet.

05/24 Update:

Finally I found Uday from CRM team whom you can trust, I got my refund 100% on time without any issues.

I have been told that these two survey numbers 426 and 436 or in the buffer area of layout but not with plots area hence will not be any issue.
