Perak Group Not a reliable developer

This group(PERUM) is not at all trustworthy. I purchased a plot in their much acclaimed dream project Aamby City in Hoskote, Bangalore. They promised everything under the sun and charged premium prices compared to the other properties around. I trusted the builder as Perum Haribabu the head of the group as he was running multiple projects and his ambition in politics may result in meeting the commitments. To our surprise the project got stalled and the promoters and senior folks went missing! Most of the buyers made repeated efforts to reach them but all efforts went in vein as we couldn't speak to them. The project was launched way back in 2013-14 as per the promise all amenities should have completed in 3yrs and clubhouse to be functional in this year. I haven't got my e-khata though I have paid for all documentation and related services. I met a couple of their sales folks in the layout but they too are in the dark as much as the buyers when it comes to the the development of the property. Perum group has projects in cities such as Tirupati, Bangalore, Vizag etc and I request potential investors to be aware of the builders interests and commitment before investing do that you need not end up writing this kind of review in the public forum.
