Lack of proper finish

There are many under-construction projects that lack a proper finish to the overall housing and by many it is considered as one of the basic most structural defects in the basic designing. This needs to be improved since many projects are better.

Long distance to travel to schools

Schools are very far. They are very few in number. The shopping centres are a far off which creates a huge problem in terms of people to establishing trust in the minds of the parents of the children.

We had to bear a huge cost because of their changes in plans all the time. Plus, they did not consult the buyers when they made the changes. The finished product is not that good, so we are not that happy.

Not been able to qualify for the loan

Many of the buyers in the real estate properties that come up as investors or buyers are facing hard time since not many self employed people are been able to pass all the eligibility criteria for qualifying for a house loan. The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.

Completion Certificate not provided

There are many cases where the buyer is not given completion certificate even after purchasing the flat which is ready and has been given the ready possession for the same. Besides this the builder agreement clauses are very redundant and there are no clear rules on the same.

We Are Not Getting Our Moneys Worth

We have to pay a higher maintenance charge for no reason at all! We enquired about the maintenance charges of the buildings in the nearbuy areas and got to know that they pay much less for the same amenities!
