Buyers do not avail possession of order

After handing over the token to the builder, either the owner faces lack of possession or somehow the title is not clear which was not quite relevant when the builder pitches the specifications to the clients. This needs to change and the proper submission of title should be made effective.

Pipes and drainage system are bad.

They are such renowned builders, yet they forgot something so basic which is to make sure that the pipes and drainage system are well done and we have had to face a lot of issues because of that.

Be very careful of these builders because to make their flat prices expenssive, they will show that there is a huge demand for their property and they will say that all flats have been sold out but you can purchase the flat in resale and they will make you pay more money for the flat! So be careful!
