Their maintenace fee is very high at this place and neighbouring complexes have a much lower maintenance fee although they have the same amenities and facilities.

They really annoyed us beyond measure at the time of possession. Firstly, they did not make the house as expected and then there were so many unfair demands, it is just not reasonable.

Their amenities and facilities are not well made. There are no well-functioning equipment in the gym and their other amenities also do not function well.

Builder charging large amount

As per the governments rule, the builder should only charge and accept only a specific small amount as cash from a customer in a year. If he takes above that the same amount will have to be paid as fine. However there are still many projects where the government is charging extra.

No draft copy of agreement!

They do not provide a draft copy of the agreement before making you sign it! It is not right to force someone to sign an agreement without giving them a chance to review it!
