Visited this plotting site and was on the verge of finalizing one, but later on researching online found out there RERA No. P52100026636 which they never gave saying that they did not make any brochures because of covid . With these rera no found that THEY HAVE MULTILE LITIGATIONS GOING ON INCLUDING ONE IN BOMBAY HIGH COURT.later on I realized that the work is also on standstill probably because of the same.Not going to take it even if its for free , no thank you. Pl. Its the time of rera and transparency dont hide facts.saved.thank you rera

I have booked my flat in 2014 October at dwarka project chakan and till now I have not got possession. When you call those sales man who were really sweet while booking the flat is sounding like tortoise(in ignorance mode). I have already spent too much money still possession is pending. Praveen and mayur are worst contact person.

Lakeside residences might sound very charming. However, the negatives that accompany with such a property cannot be ignored. I will thoroughly research on all the aspects and report them here in the following reviews. Please watchout for more about this project.

Dear potential customers of Naik Navare Builders - Pune & Joint ventures with this Builder in Pune City.I am writing this review based on my own experience of my apartment in Pune City.  This builder provides worst quality apartments which starts showing its deterioration after a year time. Typical experience with his schemes in Pune is- customers are targeted with attractive show flats and layouts After paying heavy price if you are expecting average quality construction, then you are absolutely wrong, quality of indoor fixtures, plastering of walls, door frames will start coming out within 8-9 months of possession date, Bathrooms toilet pipes will start leaking incurring extreme frustration and money.

This builder doesn’t even bother to provide decent quality Lifts which goes down alternate weeks and incur heavy cost on maintenance. He charges heavy amount from customers as a maintenance fee’s and denies.

Consumer protection law in our country is lengthy, So if you want to avoid mental and physical frustration every day, Please avoid purchasing any apartment in this builders scheme, save your Money, save your Family.  A BIG NO NO for Naiknavare Builder
