We are here since 2 months. Almost 70%of community people are affected with dengue. Near by hospitals also most cases are from tridasa only because of STP.And second thing was chemical releases from nearby industries. Can't even able to open the doors. Third, so much disturbance from My Home construction sites 24/7. And lot of not of noises from above flats because of floor Heights. Floor Heights are very low. Without ceiling also you can touch the ceiling if you raise hour hand. Architectural quality is very bad. Only basing on brand people are buying here. Not worth for money, not worth for living. We also decided to vacate because we came for rent. Worst gated community I never see. And one more thing is you will not get anything here. Older people is fine. But please don't opt if you have kids. Their health will be in trouble because of these chemical releases.

Community is designed with lot of open spaces. Residents can use amenities with nominal monthly subscription.

Living in slums is much better then living in My Home Avatar, Narsingi with unbearable and unhygienic smell from STP.My Home leadership is watching with out action from 2 years with out any empathy but only focused on new projects to mint money. This is going to haunt them long term with 2700 families suffering for each flush

Water treatment facility but bad water at times,

shower rooms in gym but no towels,

intercom but no extension for gym, helpdesk or store.

If you have lived in any other city in a similarly priced apartment, do your checks without assumptions. Everything is here, but the critical part is missing. current resident of(tower good - 2000+ 1) in My Home Bhooja.

My Home Avatar which has lot of tile issues. There are lot of hollow tiles. Bathroom/toilet tiles are very bad in quality. Poor workmanship in tile, stone, painting, grouting work in the whole flat. Finishing is not proper.

It was a dream to buy @ MyHome . Luckily purchased a 2 BHK @ Avatar. The Marketing manager ChandraSekhar was very helpful and he helped me finalize the best Flat. The Location is Prime and the Block RePresentative is very cordial and my Family Super Impressed. Waiting to Join

The car lift at this apartment breaks down quite a lot and residents are not able to use their cars. There are also no proper amentities and there is no proper fire fighting system as well.

The builders took a lot of time to make the house, yet they gave us a building that they constucted using low quality ingredients, which led to a poorly constructed building!

There is no hope for possession of the flats that we booked and it has been 3 long years. I request people not to book a flat with them and urge people who have booked a flat to come together and fight so that we can take legal action against them.

I have visited My Home office recently to enquire about the ongoing project. I would like to purchase on the project. I enquired about the properties in online live chat first. They have provided me some mobile number contact. I called that number multiple time but no one answered the call. So, I directly went to office to meet the sales persons over there. Once I am in office they asked me to sit in some office room. I waited for almost an hour. No one came to talk to me. I was sitting alone in the room. Then I again told the security that I was waited for long time. Then security person called some sales persons. He even came after 15 mins after letting the Security Person know about my waiting. After 15 mins the sales person just came in and did show any concern or did even ask about my long waiting over there. He started showing attitude and asked me which property I was looking. I mentioned him about the project. Sales Person started mentioning the property cost so and so price and are you ok with price. Till all this conversation he did not even ask me sit. He was making me to stand and answer me these question. When I asked him to bring the brochure, he went inside and came back after 10 mins gave me the brochure and price estimate. He was showing his attitude continuously all these time and he did not even provide details or explain about the project.

I check the GST rates of the property, they were mentioning GST as 12% as other builder in Hyderabad are charging 5%. When I ask him about it. He did not answer me properly. Does My home group want to cheat customer with more GST rates?

My Home Groups my be premium group of construction. If they don't know how to behave with the customer, then there is no point in saying as a premium group at all.

Trusted, reliable and genuine builders. Completes the projects on time. Fulfills all the promissed amenities. Easy to get home loan from banks like SBI also. Nice and acceabke locatuons. Great resale value. However quality of construction needs a little improvement. Floor plans can be improved. Particularly opp to opp main door is not good. I can definitely recommend this builder and will consider for my next project also.

My home laughs for me means a lot of trusts I've known them for their value for their ethics for their of promises this particular project of my home would say is one of the best projects the kinda of ambiance which is created there makes it really one of the best places I would say to sleep, yes they have delivered I would say more than what their traumas.

When I drove through Hi-Tech city road 2 years back. The Billboard of Vihanga said "Residences that live up to your standards". Well do they? Not really! Builder cheated us with poor accessories everywhere. From cheap railings, to poor finishing to third rate accessories. Not at all in line with Bill board, Videos and brochure.

Despite~2000 units and relatively larger margin in profit for builder(a reputed builder like My Home), we see subpar/average accessories compared to similar reputed builder of Chennai, Ceebros who at comparable location and price, gave better quality accessories for just 256 units.

As Henry Ford once said, "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.". The travesty we see in Vihanga is that Quality is the casualty where everyone is looking. It is okay to call a spade a spade. It should have been ideally the case that the builder should have chosen good/premium accessories and done a stellar job in Landscaping/Water bodies in line with Brochure and everywhere without us even thinking or broaching the topic.

This group also good and they construct good quality houses now a days quality constructions are not available but my home constructions are never compromise the quality matter and customer service and staff response also awesome they maintain good environment and good space to construction and they use 100% quality cement and doors also very good and they offer very reasonable prices recently my friend also buy one flat in my home apartments he is not share any complaint and he fully satisfy and they maintain very hygienic environment

This constructions are very good for people looking for an independent house of their own and not an apartment. They provide the best deals around here and within decent amount.

Talking about their customer service, they are really good in their service delivery and are very trust able.

Many of my friends have visited them and had bought from them and they are still very happy to take deals with them in matter of plots and home.

Staff are very lovable here as far as I have heard from people around.
