There is no kids play area and the other amenities and facilities are also minimal and this is not what they told us the property is going to be like so we were disappointed.

There have been very few developers in the market that are been able to manage their commercial assets that account for all the liquidity of various kinds of commercial assets. This has caused the builders some hard time problems managing their assets and in turn get funded.
