Builder promised a lot while booking flat, so we booked flat without any enquiry of their construction history. We booked flat in end of 2010 and we got flat in 2015. We does not care for construction time, but the quality they have provided is very cheap. When we call builder he just say "call my wife" and put off phone. Builder's wife come in picture after you purchase flat, she is a nonsense ladies ever I seen. She does not know how to talk to customer, she abuse customer and tell them "Do whatever they want". We got flat with low quality doors, windows, basins, tap, WC, etc.

Everything she used is lowest quality. No one is entertaining her in market, everyone got her experience. All constructed building flat owners are crying and selling their flat in less amount than purchase, still noone is purchasing. Please check their construction history and ask flat owners their pain and anger about builder. I request everyone not to purchase flat from this cheap mentality builder. They plan to trap customer and afterward customer gets frustrated automatically. Hope you listen to me and change your mind.
