I booked a house @nadergul. iam very much impressed by the quality  and finishing of the construction of my house.now I have given my house for rent  and happy with mansani. they even finished my house in 7 months. ipaid the amount in installments as per construction agreement and so was the work done  after my satisfaction only. the elevation is also very beautiful.i used to approach M.D. directly I felt neccessary and HE used to take care of.

I heard the name of mansani construction from a lot of people so, I did a enquiry on it and got all positive responses on Mansani constructions.Then I went near them and they told me their policies got interest and I told them to construct my dream house.

Then they started constructing and completed within less amount of time and with low budget than I expected. Thanks to Mansani construction for making my dream come true. Mansani construction is a good company with more name and fame. It have numerous number of competitors they are feeling jealous of it's name and fame in the society.

They are not able to do anything so they are creating these negative reviews on mansani construction. As i'm a customer of mansani construction my personal advice is don't believe those negative reviews. If you want you can go and do enquiry on it then you will definitely get all positive response.

But I don't know why all those negative comments by the people saying that it is fraud, cheater. I am a fully satisfied customer ended up with a beautiful house which took very less time than I expected.

I enquired many people before approaching mansani construction, they all gave a positive feedback and they are also the happy customers of that company.I think these negative comments are the cheap tricks of its competitor companies to destroy the fame of it. People only come to u if your quality of work is good don't spoil the good will of a company by playing these cheap tricks of posting negative comments.

In 2013  I bought a home in the project of Mansani Constructions in 28 lakhs about which we are feeling so much lucky to buy the home from their project.

I want to give my review on the quality of work which I am able to feel in our home. My home is just 28 lakhs and we got a fantastic quality of work as well as design of the building.

They have given us so many amenities in the building like good parking space, huge garden between the buildings.

All the products that have used on building are of branded quality. I got all the documents of the flat at the time of getting the possession.

We have purchased 2 flats from Mansani constructions. All I can say is “I am very satisfied with the way my company has treated me so far.” and they plan excellent in those areas where you can multiply money in just few years. These areas got popular after their constructions only I see these bad reviews and I think this is some marketing plan of other real estate companies in Hyderabad (bcoz you can see in their user name they didn’t use real name: means they just wanted to degrade) .

All I can say is one can blindly invest in any of their projects. but make sure you choose right one for you if you plan to reside! I am not related any ways to Mansani or its marketing team I am just a customer after I saw these bad reviews I thought of expressing my feelings! there are 1000’s of happy family’s in their happy customers list!By taking my flat in mansani.

Yes, I totally agree that Mansani Constructions is a little different but very professional in their approach. Initially they were issues with my apartment like the commode was cracked, door hinges were a little loose and the tiles were a little uneven at a certain place in the apartment. They took care of it so well that now am very happy with their service.

Yes, they are a little reluctant on customization as it depends on the feasibility, construction status of the project which I totally agree but they try and implement as far as they can and I appreciate that.

Here I got a flat in tirumala constructions & I suggested one of my friend who is a NRI, looking for the best option to invest at near location. friends its a very good option for the investment & also for the people who are working in and around the location.

I am happy with there customer service as they maintain a good relationship & they wont hurry up us in the issues of payment, a structured follow up is maintained by them with the prior intimation about the payment. over all my experience is awesome and comfortable.
