M&M Developers and Napanda Infra LLP have demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability in their so-called'development partnership' with the Health & Family Welfare Department Employees Society. For over a decade, they have collected substantial sums from people on the promise of delivering approved'Affordable' plots and infrastructure on IVC Road and yet, to date, there is nothing delivered but excuses, delays, and empty assurances.

There's NO credible evidence existing of completed projects or basic infrastructure in IVC Road Ph 1 & 2. and despite repeated demands, only excuses from Developer that members have not paid, cost of sites have increased, and has been sending letters to members to pay additional amount. Members have been left in limbo for years while the Developer and the Society pass the buck with no clear plan of action. This partnership has become a textbook example of how not to get fooled by the HFWDES Society's housing project and a cautionary tale for anyone considering trusting their savings to this deadly nexus of HFWDES and M and M Developers, with their another company Napanda Infra LLP.

Dear all,

We would like to share our unfortunate experience with the Bangalore Employees and Self-Employees Housing Society and their affiliated developer, M&M Developer, as a caution to others.

Since 2014, approximately 500 investors have invested in a residential project located at Dodda Tumkur Village, Marasandra, Doddaballapura Hobli. Despite the long wait, site allotments have not yet been made. Over the years, there has been no proper communication, no updates, and extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from the society and the developer.

What is even more concerning is that, without addressing the concerns of the original investors or allocating sites to them, the same land is now being marketed again at higher prices under a fresh campaign by M&M Developer.

This appears to be a clear case of fraudulent activity. We strongly advise against investing in this society or with this developer, as many have already suffered financially and emotionally due to their unethical practices.

Please do your due diligence and verify all details thoroughly before considering any investment

This is new fraud company with old fraud people to loot new innocent people. They are very experience in finding loop wholes in government and loot innocent people. They play with innocent people sentiments. Every time they open new company and never ever complete any single project. I bet if he completed any single project in his entire life. Only found new ways to loot people.

Worst developer ever in my life. M and M is the company who is developing Health City IVC ROAD and Doddaballapur. 1500 people in IVC project paid amount. Some of us paid 100%. I paid 100% amount nearly ₹;10, 00000/-. There is no 1% development work done. This project started in 2012. After more than 13 years raising the price and asking more money with 0% development. Simply bluffing. Careful to buy any site with this company.

They are involved in cheating / defrauding more than 1000 buyers of their hard earned money in collusion with co-operative society (HFWDES) for over 10 years. BEWARE ! They keep demanding money from buyers without any evidence of progress in land purchase or development. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Bangalore is currently in process of investigating the frauds in the projects HFWDES & M&M is involved with as per complaints raised by buyers. DO NOT INVEST your hard earned money with these frauds ! They do not deserve even 1 star rating.
