We would like to share our unfortunate experience with the Bangalore Employees and Self-Employees Housing Society and their affiliated developer, M&M Developer, as a caution to others.

Since 2014, approximately 500 investors have invested in a residential project located at Dodda Tumkur Village, Marasandra, Doddaballapura Hobli. Despite the long wait, site allotments have not yet been made. Over the years, there has been no proper communication, no updates, and extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from the society and the developer.

What is even more concerning is that, without addressing the concerns of the original investors or allocating sites to them, the same land is now being marketed again at higher prices under a fresh campaign by M&M Developer.

This appears to be a clear case of fraudulent activity. We strongly advise against investing in this society or with this developer, as many have already suffered financially and emotionally due to their unethical practices.
