M&M Developers and Napanda Infra LLP have demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability in their so-called'development partnership' with the Health & Family Welfare Department Employees Society. For over a decade, they have collected substantial sums from people on the promise of delivering approved'Affordable' plots and infrastructure on IVC Road and yet, to date, there is nothing delivered but excuses, delays, and empty assurances.

There's NO credible evidence existing of completed projects or basic infrastructure in IVC Road Ph 1 & 2. and despite repeated demands, only excuses from Developer that members have not paid, cost of sites have increased, and has been sending letters to members to pay additional amount. Members have been left in limbo for years while the Developer and the Society pass the buck with no clear plan of action. This partnership has become a textbook example of how not to get fooled by the HFWDES Society's housing project and a cautionary tale for anyone considering trusting their savings to this deadly nexus of HFWDES and M and M Developers, with their another company Napanda Infra LLP.
