You cannot even design your on house here and you have to take permission from the builders, which is quite horrible because why ask someone else for permission to make changes in your own house?

Although the ready reckoner rates have been above the market rates which facilitates the builders to get themselves funded for the loan, however it is not relatively affordable for aspiring home buyers in Mumbai since the rates have upsurged to a considerable extent which is not suited for people in the general norms.

The secreatary keeps the terrace keys to himself and does not let anyone even get near the place and this causes us a lot of problems.
