Pathetic maintenance. Avoid buying/renting.

Review On Lanco Hills, Hyderabad

I strongly recommend against buying/renting a flat at Lanco Hills Apartments. The standards of maintenance/facilities management are horrendous here.

• I have been trying to get an internet connection for the last 1.5 months but in vain. The builder forces all internet providers to come via a company called GRN. GRN does not have  inventory of routers for the last 1.5 months. ACT/BEAM can provide internet connection in a matter of days but the facilities management team does not allow them to provide these services at Lanco anymore, probably because Lanco has some tie up with GRN.

• Almost all the windows inside the flat are not closing/opening properly. Whenever there is heavy wind, many windows fall off! Just see the attached photograph, which shows how many windows/glass panes fell off in recent strong winds! God knows what will happen if an earthquake were to strike.
