Kalparatu Estate Phase 2

HI have booked a flat in Kalpataru Estate Phase 2 in the year 2009 and was promised for possession in July 2010. This has been delaying since then and now they are saying that they will be able to give possession only in April 2011. They are still not ready to commit anything on this.

Some of the members who have booked their "dream home" in Kalpataru Estate phase 2, went today (24th Nov 2010) to meet higher authorities of Kalpataru Constructions, their response was very very pathetic. Even one of the senior member said that they are "suffering" by meeting us, and they had called up police vans so that nothing happens.

These people are highly unprofessional and they don't know how to deal with their customers. they only say goody goody things till the time you book a flat

Please refrain yourself from booking a flat in any of their projects.
