We invested in one of their projects "Shivkrupa" at an early stage. Initially the salesperson lied about a lot of things. We realised those once the initial construction phase was complete. When confronted, we were told that salesguy has left the job. The entire sales team along with the higher ups areunprofessional liars. They will never give you real project updates & will bring up some or the other lame excuses.They are cheaters & don't fear law. Most of their projects are halted or no progress at all. Do not invest with these F.

Be careful about their projects they don't even give complete information about it , most of their projects are on Leased lands not owned and severely overpriced, check their plans carefully they contruct many buildings in a cluster blocking view of their own old buildings.

We have a case going on in Maharera for a property bought in one of their projects - Madhuban and while the case is going on, builder has already sold the flat to some other customer. Builder has not even returned the money for this flat and also, we are paying for the emi for the same flat. I don't know if these people fear any law. I am thinking to find a job in some other country or better get citizenship, can't just keep fighting with such people, need to live a bit.

This is the best luxury apartment situated in goregaon and everything is near by shopping mall, school, railway station etc.

I liked the plan of this project.
