Janapriya Engineers Syndicate Ltd, Hyderbad is one of the leading Constructions Company which provides Homes to the middle class and lower middleclass. The greatest thing is that they have flats/houses for all buget groups. Even with minimum investment and loan facility one can acquire flats with Janapriya . The service of the staff is very good and cooperative. They support the customers in getting the loan, going for REgisteration, other finance and maintenance supports. I am writing this on my personal experience. In 1996, only with Rs.5000/- in hand I planned to purchase a single bedroom flat with janapriya Priya Engineer syndicate, whose total cost with REgisteration was around Rs.126000/-. the Company supported me to get the finance from LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. and also arranged balance money from their sister concern Ravi Priya Chits. I could get the flat within reasonable time and with e.m.i. in budget, I could leave the rented house. I enjoyed the property for 10 years before I disposed the same for better house. I got a reasonable price.
