Regretting purchase from Jain Promoters & builders

Review On Jain Promoters and Builders, Hyderabad

I purchased a flat in a recent project by Jain Promoters and Builders. I am regretting on the decision day and night. I won't recommend investing in Project of this builder.

I had a look at couple of reviews of Projects and also went through one link https://consumercomplaints.in/jain-promoters-and-builders-praveen-jain-cheated-f
lat-owners-of-clear-title-c1056567 . However I thought someone might have posted who is not happy with builder and went ahead with the purchase. I did not take those signals seriously and now regretting big time.

Construction quality not upto the mark, once money is paid you will have to run to get the promised amenities. Title not 100% clear and you will start realizing it over the period of time. Builder won't provide much support at later stages. He won't say No but won't do anything to help too which I feel worse than saying No.

With my personal experience I am not going to recommend this builder and giving him one star.
