Big cracks in recent apartments by Jain Promoters

The experience of housing by Jain promoters and builders is debatable. Builder proclaims himself of delivering  quality, in time buildings. He gives Intime deliveries but have big questions mark around his quality part. You should pay a close watch on quality of construction like Cracks, sloping, parking, inclusion of parking space in deal etc.

He has ongoing projects of

and has constructed apartment like

I would suggest before investing your hard earned money in any flat please do take the feedback of some of the residents of Jain Sadguru heights which was recently build by Jain promoters and builders. Do not get just impressed with outside structure.

Many residents have complaints about:

• Big cracks(does not looks to be normal) in almost all the flats.

  
  




• Manjeera water yet not delivered(Till March mid).

  
  




• Parking space scarcity

  
  




• No Guest parking

  
  




• Land owner flat maintenance issues.

  
  

The builder(Praveen Jain) is clear in communication and deals however looks like his engineers do not do quality work in hurry of completion. People who buy flats in such building gets frustrated about about these issues later.

My Personal opinion will be that before investing your hard earned money, do a proper investigation of my words by talking to any of the residents of Jain Promoters existing apartments and check its construction with an open eyes. I am sure you will be able to make better decision.

A non satisfied resident of recently constructed building who gets daily irritated by bad construction quality.
