It has been four years since I booked a flat with Isha Homes and I can tell you confidently that they have been highly consistent in their customer service which is one of the best in the industry. Right from the quality of construction to the ambiance, everything has worked out to our satisfaction. The maintenance has been good both before and after sales, and continues till date. Their high quality standards and professionalism need special mention. Also their new projects in OMR are so impressive and I'm also thinking of investing in that.

I would suggest, think multiple time before buying any property with this builder. I have purchased a flat in Isha Yara apartments. It would be nice if they responded us as like their marketing team responds before closing the business.

Customer care never responds for the status and engineering issues, they are simply acted as money collectors before the due. Substandard quality materials are used in electrical wiring. Their maintenance team is useless.  Unforeseen issues like rain in September to November and labour strike were given us reason for delay in the schedule. Poor planning in project schedule. They were very limited options on the customization of tiles, plumbing and electrical wiring.

In short, Isha Homes is good in giving promises but not in realizing the promises.
