Although the ready reckoner rates have been above the market rates which facilitates the builders to get themselves funded for the loan, however it is not relatively affordable for aspiring home buyers in Mumbai since the rates have upsurged to a considerable extent which is not suited for people in the general norms.

Bad quality construction material.

Just to save some money on the project, they used bad quality construction material and that is causing us so many problems now because we have to spend so much of our time and money on repair and reconstruction. Also, they highly overcharged us saying that they will use good quality material and this is what we get!

Poor electricity connection

Many of the buyers have faced this issue of not having a regulated and on-going electricity connection. This has been reported in terms of lacking any proper access to regulated electricity supply for good number of unhampered hours. This needs to change.

Many of the properties are advertised very rare and are seldom shared with other agents and as a result of this, it is a very common concern that buyers are fewer exposed to properties and hence do not have an idea if their requirements match the criteria and their availability.
