Not a good experience

Review On Hitech builder, Chennai

I read the first review after I spoke to the builder. The builder seems to be very promising than the reviews. I thought the review could be from his competitors, so I went ahead and decided to buy a flat from Kamala homes perungudi. After I made initial payment, I get a chance to talk to the wife of an Assistant Commissioner of Police who stays in Flat A1 in the same Kamala homes.

The Madam is really very frank in sharing their experiences with the builder which was very worst. She suggested me to:

(1). Negotiate the price with the builder(2). Verify the approval plan with the construction(3). Car parking allocation(she told there is no equal size car parking allowed to all the residents)(4). measure the square feet of your flat with what you were asked to pay for(5) Verify the quality of construction by visiting some of the residents already staying in the flats.(6) Boar water level. Madam has also suggested me to verify few of the other constructions on going in nearby locations. But since I made the initial payment I could not do anything. Infact the builder is not ready to reduce Rs 100 per square feet after that. Finally I bought the flat, now the builder is not even fixing the construction problems.His customer support team will do irritate you and get your BP high.

Worst experiance as I talked with the Madam after I made the initial payment, otherwise I could have find some other flat in that area. I suggest you to discuss with previous customers of Hitech properties or Hitech Estates before you make any decision. I am sure what decision will you make after you discuss with the previous customers.
