I suggest you to thoroughly verify the approved plan of the flat you are planning to buy from them, also I would suggest you to verify the documents with an Advocate before you sign the agreement and the registration documents and the apartment approval plans. Once you paid the money, they will not even attend your calls and they will not have time to meet you also. There is no standard price for all, the price will vary depend on your barma bazaar bargaining capacity. unless you depend on your advocate, they have influenced people at loan offices and registration offices. Currently their only motive is money making. GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR DREAM HOME. ITS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY VERIFY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU INVEST.
