Hence it is because of some of these reasons that the buyers are not able to fully avoid such property details.

Encroachment of land

There have been many cases in the past where there is absence of absolute clarity from many of the cases of encroachment of land from the past cases. These cases have to yet resolved. As a result many of the developers cannot extend project in these areas.

Slum rehabilitation land.

The land on which this property is built is slum rehabilitation land and there are chances that any day people from the slums will move here. They never mentioned anything about this to us before, although as buyers we have the right to know.

I went to visit this place and asked the people to show me the licenses and approvals but they could not show them to me and that really bothered me and I decided not to book a house with them.

There is an illegal floor in this building and there are officals that are constantly visiting the place and causing disturbance for us and threatnening us for no fault of ours.

No execution of ideas as per the plan.

They do not execute their ideas as per the plan and this causes us a lot of issues. We would definitely not recommend buying a house with them because it took them years to get the project done.
