False delivery dates at booking, then they send you a agreement with different dates, substandard construction quality, Charge you fees/interest etc which are unreasonable. Stay away from this builder.

The Security review there is scary. Report on Quora, what is your review of house of Hiranandani by a resident must be looked into before buying.

Number of reports say this is not a gated community since there is third party development within the society and problems with the locals since a village road rums through the property.

The sale agreement must mention the Club membership is lifetime and must specify the control with the association, not with the Builders.

I booked my flat in Devanahalli project, Calgary in 2014. Committed to handover the project 2017 but now it is almost 5 years still the project is not completed.

Every time I get false dates of handing over and I paid 90% of project cost. One day I was late to pay one instalment any they charge me interest of late payment.

What now? is the builder will give us compensation? or should we go to RERA to file the official complaint?

One is learnt from this is don't trust migrated builders and chasing them is challenging and I trust local builders than migrated.

I have purchased a flat in Club Meadow and staying there. One day on return in the evening at 6pm, I with my wife could not opened my flat due to defective main door lock. I called CRM manager, administration manager and site engineer but no one picked up phone nor called back. After6-7 times calling, administration manager called back. I explained him about lock not getting opened with key, he replied very ruidly that he cannot help me till next day morning 9.30am. I requested him that we are new to this place, need help in getting the new flat main door opened as site office is there, work is going on but he said sorry and forced us to spent 4hours in open till I found key maker, called him and got lock opened. We were wondering if there was fire in the building, there will be no help from Hiranandani management side to save poor residents in the buildings as they behaved -do not disturbed after office hours even if you are dying.

This was shocking and totally unexpected attitude of employees of reputed builder Hiranandani Bangalore. I have not experienced this with Hiranandani Mumbai and want senior management of Hiranandani to take immediate corrective action
