Commitment is Quality - Hiranandani Builders Shame

Review On Hiranandani Builders, Bangalore

I booked my flat in Devanahalli project, Calgary in 2014. Committed to handover the project 2017 but now it is almost 5 years still the project is not completed.

Every time I get false dates of handing over and I paid 90% of project cost. One day I was late to pay one instalment any they charge me interest of late payment.

What now? is the builder will give us compensation? or should we go to RERA to file the official complaint?

One is learnt from this is don't trust migrated builders and chasing them is challenging and I trust local builders than migrated.
