Mismanaged administration-Hiranandani Banargatta

Review On Hiranandani Builders, Bangalore

I have purchased a flat in Club Meadow and staying there. One day on return in the evening at 6pm, I with my wife could not opened my flat due to defective main door lock. I called CRM manager, administration manager and site engineer but no one picked up phone nor called back. After6-7 times calling, administration manager called back. I explained him about lock not getting opened with key, he replied very ruidly that he cannot help me till next day morning 9.30am. I requested him that we are new to this place, need help in getting the new flat main door opened as site office is there, work is going on but he said sorry and forced us to spent 4hours in open till I found key maker, called him and got lock opened. We were wondering if there was fire in the building, there will be no help from Hiranandani management side to save poor residents in the buildings as they behaved -do not disturbed after office hours even if you are dying.

This was shocking and totally unexpected attitude of employees of reputed builder Hiranandani Bangalore. I have not experienced this with Hiranandani Mumbai and want senior management of Hiranandani to take immediate corrective action
