Do not buy any appartment from this company. There is a manager called Mr.Vembu he is such an irresponsible guy until his presence is their this company will not grow, the way he responds is too harsh and rude . He doesn't behave like a manager and used unparlimentry word . We do not have any option to complaint about him too, since there is no other person to contact in that company, So I strongly recommend not to buy any apartment here and suffer like us

Had a nice experience with ragavendra foundation and very comfortable with them and the staff coordinated nicely at all situations. Overall very gud experience with guru ragavendra foundations private limited. The implentations and plans are exactly the same what they hve said before.
