I liked the constructions. Very good place to live and with nice environment. We dont have much pollution though it is located near city. It is very good place to construct an apartment. I highly recommend people to choose giridhari constructions. Their is no water problem in this apartments. We get it in a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Ive been associated with Giridhari Constructions for multiple projects and executions and one thing I must say about them is, they are very trust worthy, loyal and on time regarding payments.

The entire team are always in sync and assigns respective POCs for each task to avoid confusion.

Customer Service is excellent. Loved working with these guys!

Their projects are unique and have value for money as they construct in prime locations by offerings villas and flats at best prices in the market.

I have booked my Flat at Giridhari Murari B-Block which is going to complete in December 2018. Till date I received very good response from the team with a good customer experience. Their service and Hospitality is too good. I can rate 5 out of 5.

Giridhari constructions in hyderabad is an construction company which is doing many projects currently. But the work of this construction company is not satisfactory.

You cannot expect such kiind of delay from this big named company. They just take the money at right time but are very reluctant to do their work at right times.

When you will talk about the delay of the work they just give excuses. I mean for what you need excuses. You have taken the money and still you are behaving like you have not been given any money for the work. The customer service of this company should be improved. They don't have any manners of how to talk with the customers.

They are really worst. Till date they have not completed there work for common areas and also few of there employees are very rude.

If one will raise there problems then they react in such a manner that we have taken flats for free.

Every time they want money on time but when it comes to there work they can't provide proper timelines for completion of work.

This is not at all reliable builder. Most worst part of this builder is timing they took 2+ year and still not deliver the flat in executive park phase 2.

Their commitment level is 0 lot of hidden tax they are adding it at the time of final work. In totality I would not recommend this builder. I purchased flat in executive park phase 2 in july'2013 but till date august'2015 they are not able to handover it. but they want money timely.

I bought a flat in Ishta. The staffs are very supportive. They provide a good quality home with all amenities . I will suggest for this builder to all. The flats price range is afforable.

Recently I have booked a flat in Giridhari Ishta Project near Appa Junction in Hyderabad.

Initially I was bit confused about the place and location of the project but while I made a site visit everything seems to be opposite and really speaking "I fell in love with the quality of house and building offered by the builder".

I am really impressed by the staffs of Giridhari Homes Projects and their behavior and customer centric interaction.

Suggestion: Please plan for site visit to all of the campuses of giridhari and other builder and then make a comparison from quality, cost, location and other factors and decide which one to choose.I am sure giridhari will be on the top of your list.

I bought a villa in Villa onyx. the finish date has been prolonged for a while. but the aesthetic view and the landscaping is worth the wait. I recently celebrated my house warming in the conference hall in the club house. the Staff was very supportive to me and my family. especially pandu garu, who is the Project Manager of the site. even after some issues that came up, he helped me in ease my ceremony. Thank you for the whole team of Giridhari homes.

Giridhari homes is very famous construction in Hyderabad. In the month of April, I visited Villa Onyx Construction site near by Kismathpur with my family members to see some of Villas.

They have build their own world. The society covers large area, very neat and clean with almost all basics facilities. The staff is very polite and sweet, they described each and every thing in very clear manner.

The villas are also very catchy looks, I liked that but all are same, that thing I do not like much. There is open area in villas, nice interior and plan. Open terrace is also there. Budget is little bit high but if you need all good facilities and safety than this much spending is worth.

If having good budget plan than go for Giridhari a trusted famous Construction builders.

Giridhari Homes group is the best builders in Hyderabad and they build very beautiful apartments with comfortable space one of my friend have flat in isola project one day I visit his flat it looks very beautiful and builders have good skills to build apartments first I enter the flat I seen drawing area this is completely awesome and very modern look and sofas also placed very comfortable space the another one thing is doors are completely teak wood frame work it looks beautiful dinning space also awesome after that kitchen also looks awesome total overview is awesome and good skill work I definitely suggest to my friends to buy a flat in Giridhari Homes apartments and last one is they have good customer service

This constructions are very good for people looking for their own apartment, They provide the best deals around here and within decent amount.

Talking about their customer service, they are really good in their service delivery and are very trust able.

Many of my friends have visited them and had bought from them and they are still very happy to take deals with them in matter of plots and home.

Staff are very lovable here as far as I have heard from people around.
