Personal experience as buyer with Gera Builders

Review On Gera Developments, Pune

I would like to categorize my experiences related to owning an apartment with Gera Builders under following stages

Pre-Sale - I found the staff to be very upfront about the facilities, amenities, process, etc. I did not find anything amiss from what was told to me about the project after moving in.

Documentation: I was very impressed by the professional way the whole documentation process was handled by Gera. We got all paperwork to review and once we were satisfied, then all the documentation process was very well managed with the local agencies.

Possession: We were told to fully check all the details in the apartment and only after we were satisfied the documentation related to possession was started.

Post-Possession support: If I am not wrong, Gera is the only builder who gives 5 years warranty on the sold property. That really helped us maintain the apartment very well.

Frankly, I did not face any issue with fixtures and equipment during that period. But the whole process of annual checkup during the warranty period, helped us to extend the life term of most of the fixtures provided by the Builder.

Suggestion: Things might have improved a lot in new projects by Gera, as we bought the house more than 10 years back. Overall apartment plan and design is very good but I definitely feel that kitchen design can improve.
