No road constructed

At the time of construction, it was promised to the buyers that there will be a road constructed around the building for movement of fire tenders in emergency but the adequate measures have still not be taken to ensure complete safety measures been adopted.

The maintenance charges of this place are unbearably high and it is just not fair because the complexes in the neighborhood area charge quite less for the same.

The possession was delayed by 1 year! There is no proper society formed even after 3 years. They got the car parking, which is really important done after 2 years! They charge a very high maintenance as well and do not provide the facilities required!

No proper fire fighting systems.

This is a high rise building and their fire fighting systems do not work. Having a safe building is so important, yet this building is not safe and this is a huge problem.
