Gardenia India Limited, Ghaziabad

Gardenia Glamour society in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is a nightmare to buyers. They have done lots of false promises at the time of booking. Possession for phase 1 was  to be done by March'11 with a 3 months grace period and Rs 10/sqft/month penalty after that. Lots of construction work is still going on for this phase. They have started giving possession by November'11 amid lots of construction work. They are not giving penalty by giving unjustified reasons. Construction quality is very poor and the electrical equipments given are a way substandard. In the agreement they have promised to provide a 1.5 ton AC but now providing 1.25 ton AC that to of a year old and without remote.

I will suggest buyers not to go with this builder(Gardenia India). They do lots of false promises and possession is never on time.

Gardenia Grace in Sec - 61 Noida, Builders are fake. We bought a flat 2 years ago in Noida Sec-61 by the name Gardenia Grace. The Possession was to be given in December 2010.

On Contacting in December, it was told to us, that the possession will be given in March, 2011. Then the date of possession was revised to June 31'st, 2011. Till today, the possession is not given. They have taken 95% of the booking amount from us and not able to keep their promises. While they are busy creating more and more project and unable to deliver the pending projects on time. These are not to be trusted any more.

I will not advise anybody to have faith in Gardenia Builders.

Gardenia India Limited, is an upcoming builder in NCR, there first project is Gradenia Green, Vasundhara Sector 18, is near completion. Builder is not providing the facilities they have agreed to the customer in the beginning and not coming up to resolve the issue like registry of the flat, heavy maintenance charges for backup electricity, non provision of several facilities which were promised to the customer in the beginning.

These are all leading to an utmost dissatisfaction about the Project execution of the builder and the false promises made by them at the time of booking the apartment. Non provision of bathroom cabinet and shower panel, RO system, Gym facility, No defect liability period for the building, charges for maintenance started without defect liability period. Backup charges at at a high rate as compared to all other society.

Taking all the services at there end for provision like electricity, cable, internet for earning benefit out of them.
