Gardenia India Limited, is an upcoming builder in NCR, there first project is Gradenia Green, Vasundhara Sector 18, is near completion. Builder is not providing the facilities they have agreed to the customer in the beginning and not coming up to resolve the issue like registry of the flat, heavy maintenance charges for backup electricity, non provision of several facilities which were promised to the customer in the beginning.

These are all leading to an utmost dissatisfaction about the Project execution of the builder and the false promises made by them at the time of booking the apartment. Non provision of bathroom cabinet and shower panel, RO system, Gym facility, No defect liability period for the building, charges for maintenance started without defect liability period. Backup charges at at a high rate as compared to all other society.

Taking all the services at there end for provision like electricity, cable, internet for earning benefit out of them.
