Dear all Buyers

This is to bring the truth about this builder F S Housing where Mr Charan singh Khangrot is Director . I have booked my flat No 308, Wing 2 in Project Crest and dealt with Mr Charn Singh Khangrot and Mohit Soni( His sales Person) . After Taking 90% amount, Mr Charan is not delivering the Possession nor making Resgistry of my unit . Although I have registered my sales Agreement of my flat .

This builder and Developer specially Mr Charan singh Khangrot has taken 15 lakhs from me recently in context of making Registration of Flat mentioning that he will Make registration of my flat within 7 days . But Now Since last 3 months, He is not taking my call, nor he is meeting . When I enquired from some of common sufferers, I came to know that this builder is highly unreliable and this is their common practice to take money from allotees and make them run around .

As a purchaser of Flat, I will never recommend this builder to anyone .
