Their property is being made since so many years; yet it is not done yet. The builders and developers are not taking interest in the project at all and this is causing us problems.

Builder not paying the delay charges

As per the governments rule, If the delay is beyond reasonable time then the Builder has to pay rent or and compensation which the builder is not ready to pay. This must not ne the case as the new rules have been forged in favour of customer interest.

Did Not Live Up To Their Promise

These builders lauched a new project on the area that was earmarked for amenities and reduced the amenities space and the open spaces and greenery that they promised us! We paid the money for the peace of mind, greenery and some relaxation and productive time that we will get because of the amenities! It is horrible to get to know that we did not get all of this!

This place looks promising because there are so many amenities, but the house is not in a prime location and the work is being done at such a slow rate!

There is no proper policy framework in process that can effectively take care of all the co-ordination between the developers and the state government regarding proper housing policy framework and adequate setup.

Horrible customer service.

The customer service department has no idea bout the project and they were not able to answer any of our questions properly. How could we book a flat with them then?

Since the very recent times, the real estate market has been facing a lull of interest from the builders to take into account the construction of new apartments. The developers are already saturated with the pipeline of new projects in terms of been able to build new.
