Well it was a pleasure to visit DRA Pristine Pavilion. After a lot of brainstorming decided to go for VEGA 908. As their tag line states EXPERIENCE NICE. It was indeed a nice experience with them. The team was welcoming and made life easy by extending support for loan process. They have termed me a RICH DAD before my wedding which itself explains the boost they give to the youngsters. Its my first home, and thanks to PMAY scheme I will own a apartment at a subsidy cost. The concept and presentation made me instantly go for the apartment. Thank you Team DRA!

My brother and I bought a home in the project of Pristine Pavilion about which we are feeling happy. This is Girish and I want to give our reviews on the quality of work which I am able to feel in our home.

We got good quality of work as well as good design of the building. They have given us so many amenities in the building like good parking space, huge garden between the buildings, very well designed gym rooms in the apartment.

All the products that have used on building are of branded quality. I got all the documents of the apt at the time of getting the possession.

This apartment easily attracts a rental income of 20, 000 Rs/Month.

This property's location is good. The Landscaping is good and Its has amenities like swimming pool, nice place for Kids and provides a well secure park and play areas. This property can be bought for own or for investments.
