Once the property is booked, nobody cares about the buyers. They will take their own sweet time to get things done and will not keep you upadated about anything.

High maintenance fee.

The maintenance fee is very high here without any reason because they do not take care of the amenities and facilities here at all.

We all do not have equal access to the common area and this is not fair at all because we have all paid eqaully for our houses and we pay the same amount of maintenance.

No Furnished House!

They promised me a furnished house and what I got was an unfurnished one! There were also some cracks in the corners! They are making use of their good reputation and looting customers!
