It has been may a times the case that in case of a failed compensation that the buyer has been actively seeking since been deprived of the possession of the flat in the promised time period. It is the case then that it is the solely the builder's responsibility to give back the compensation in the speculated time.

We did not get the copy of approved plans, society registration documents and conveyance of deed land, so I would definitley say that something is wrong!

Discrepancy in data

There are many projects that are been shown by some so called reputed builders however it is upon the payment of down payment, that the buyer comes to know that the project actually belongs to someone else who comes into the picture and shows legal papers.

Apartments not near the station
